Registration terms

Registration and payment

Registration is paid in full at checkout. Your seat is confirmed when payment is complete.

Founding Cohort tuition is $1,495 and is limited to the first ten seats. After those seats are claimed, the published rate at the time of registration applies.

Refunds

Registrations are non-refundable from purchase, because venue and catering commitments are made against confirmed seats. Your seat remains transferable, as described below.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Transforming Leaders Daily, you may take a full refund or move your seat to the rescheduled dates, your choice. Transforming Leaders Daily is not responsible for travel or lodging costs you have already incurred, so please consider that before booking non-refundable travel.

Transferring your seat

You may transfer your seat to another leader in your organization at any time before the event at no charge. Email us the replacement attendee's name and email address. Seats may not be resold.

What your seat includes

• Two full working days in the room on November 10 and 11, 2026, in Dallas
• The pre-work packet, roughly 60 to 90 minutes, due two weeks before the event
• The full diagnostic toolkit and worksheets
• The Owner's Chair session with Dr. Lori Eberly
• The financials session
• Your 2027 operating plan, built in the room
• Your typed and formatted plan, delivered by December 18, 2026
• One 30 minute follow-up call
• Your Founding rate locked for the Home Care Performance Group
• Meals and refreshments during program hours

Travel, lodging, parking, and meals outside program hours are not included.

The VIP add-on

The VIP add-on is $1,000 and is limited to ten attendees. It can be purchased with your seat at checkout ($2,495 total) or added later while VIP seats remain. It includes a 45 minute pre-event diagnostic call, a written plan with synthesis and 90 day sequencing delivered by December 4, 2026, three 30 minute calls at day 30, 60, and 90, the welcome dinner the evening before, front row seating, and a seven day head start on the Home Care Performance Group Founding Cohort. The same refund terms above apply.

Preparation

The pre-work packet is the input for the work you will do in the room. If it is not completed, you will still be welcome, but the plan you leave with will be less specific. Please plan for it.

Photography and recording

Photographs and video may be taken during the event and used in marketing. Tell us at registration or on site if you prefer not to appear, and we will honor that. Attendees may not record sessions. What other owners share about their businesses in the room stays in the room.

Your information

Information you provide at registration is used to prepare for the event, to contact you about it, and to send you related material from Transforming Leaders Daily. It is not sold or shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details are handled by Stripe rather than by us.
